No, this is not something sold at HD. If it was purchased new the price would not be cost effective. This drum has already served it's original purpose and now is considered a waste product with some value. These drums are everywhere don't pay a high price because it is the first one you found. This is a very durable barrel, I still use the first one I bought 15 years ago.
Keep in mind the person you are buying them from paid nothing or close to nothing for them, so buying a few should help keep the price down.
Buy a 55 gal. closed head drum if you want to make two 27 gal. pots.
A hand truck is also an easy way to move them.

I have a mat of Orinoco that I planted July 2010. I never trimmed or cut anything. Today I decided to remove some yellowing leaves and found two bunches of bananas! Of course I don't have to move mine in the Winter!

AS ALWAYS IMHO AND YOUR MILEAGE MAY DIFFER!!!!!!!!

Life - Some assembly required, As is no warranty, Batteries not included, Instructions shipped separately and are frequently wrong!

Kentucky Bourbon - It may not solve the problem but it helps to make it tolerable!

Statistics - Data that analyst twist to support the insane opinions of those that pay them.
