I ran across this webpage on the international plant nutrition institute. It is all in Spanish. It looks like one of the more comprehensive pages with pictures of what deficiencies look like. Banana Nutrition

I think I originally posted this link. If I'm not mistaken, it's from our own member, Dr. Nelson of the University of Hawaii. It's a great source of info!
