Eating Banana Peels
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/people...160000977.html
Whoooo Knew? Look what I found on yahoo! I have not looked at the recipe section of the org and I wonder if we have a recipe for the peel? I can not believe that this topic has never been discussed! Urg! We've been wasting the banana peel all this time! Does this mean we have to revise all the taste report and do one for the peel as well? |

Re: Eating Banana Peels
Im sure some varieties have thicker peels than others.
Which naners I wonder would be ideal to try this out on? What varieties have thin skins??? Banana Chips with skin on? RobG, any suggestions? |

Re: Eating Banana Peels
are banana peels edible?
Ooooops! looks like the topic has been discussed back in 08 &09 already. The chemical, the pesticides and the handling of store bought naners would make you think twice. Backyard growers? |
