Default dwarf cavendish

I have 3 Dwarf cavendish Banana plants about 2 years old, they are pretty big, I have them in 15 inch pots. They look great, my question is where can they be stored in winter. Last year I had them at my moms senior center salarium, but this year they are so big I don't know if that will be possible. Anyhow can I bring them inside and put them in the basement. Will they go dorment, what can I do. Please help..Any sugestions
