Do Ice Cream Pups Have Any Red On The Trunk
Hi every one im from uk,england, i got a musa ice cream from alhoa tropics,the corm is only two inches high and two inches wide,it has little bit of red on the trunk,do musa ice cream pups have a little bit of red on the trunk.

2"x2" is too small for a pup. It must be a tissue cultured plant.
Don't knowwhy it's red.

I cut most leaves off - ones that were brown or yellow. Today a new leaf is up almost a ft since this A.M.!!!!!!! It's growing again!

They do look a little pink... I have 9 new pups. (10 total, one pup around 4" survived the winter and stayed green
 I love my zone!!) I'll take pics tomorrow

Mine had a lot of pink after the winter freeze. Pink is normal for Ice Cream, I can pull back some of the old dead stalks off the P-steam and it will expose a lot of the pink color. So I would say the pink is pretty normal.
