Default Dehydrating bananas?

So I have like 8 BIG! Orinoco plants, and hopefully with a bit of luck and timing next year. I will get some nanners. How well do bananas dehydrate. Not wanting to eat a bunch all at once.

they do very well and is easy to do.
Just make sure to dip them in some lemon water so they don't turn brown.

I have dehydrated almost everythign at this point. LoL I suggest getting a slicer to keep with all the same size. If I remember right it takes about 10 - 12 hours for bananas. I do not mind the brown color, I have found the lemon water helps but not all that much they still get a weird color. You should try it! If you have room I also freeze the nanaers for smoothies later.
