Brian's Botanicals
Hi all,
Just starting new this year in zone 6a and was going to order some bananas and other plants from Brian's Botanicals. I have called and messaged and emailed them and I get no response. Is this normal and have any of you ordered from them before? |

Re: Brian's Botanicals
Not sure but since you live in zone 6, shipping to your area will probably be risky until april or may. There are plenty of places that sell tropicals if you don't hear back from Brians. (Although I have only heard good things from them so far...)

[I will probably order from him. It says on his website that he will ship out starting in April] |

Re: Brian's Botanicals
I've done business with Brian's before and they've always been square shooters.

Maybe, 15 years ago, I received a duplicate shipment from them, by mistake, for free. I emailed them about it and they didn't respond. Remarkably, the quality of plants varied considerably between the two shipments. |

Have ordered from him with good results, but communication is awful. His business Facebook page has a email address that isn't valid anymore as any email sent to it gets rejected right away. I did just today send him a email at a address that shows on a order receipt, so we'll see. If your going to be in business...part of full time. Communication will make or break you. |
