I know the basics about fertilizer numbers etc. The thing i want to know is, if someone in the forum speaks about a fert, what type he means? Soluble or Grained-slow release?
I think the water soluble one is quicker but it may be wasted by going too deep for banana roots after 2-3 waterings. The other type with the small grains seems to last more but I don't know if it is very effective. So what are you using? I also wonder if bananas react well to leave spay fertilization. |

I only use organic food to keep the soil, myself and my family happy and healthy.
Here is some info in the Wiki http://www.bananas.org/wiki/Info:Fertilizer#Fertilizer |
