![]() From the accompanying photo in the ad, it looks like Musa "Praying Hands". Tapanom may be a local name in Thailand, although none of my references list that name, because the only other names for Praying Hands that they list are in Philippines (Inabaniko,or Ripping), Pohnpei (‘Uht Kapakap’), and Florida (Praying Hands).

![]() Chong is right on. Tapanom is the Thai name for 'Praying Hands.'
The romanization can be done several ways, like kluay thep phanom, teppanom, etc. It means 'praying angel.' |
