![]() There's nurseries like OneGreenWorld up near Portland that sell and even ship the Basjoo, but Helen's Hybrid I've not heard of anyone growing in the northwest. I bet there are growers, but like most PNW banana growers, they don't seem to speak up much on the forums.

![]() Hello.
The Helen's Hybrid Banana is available from Hooked On Palms. They have several locations in the Pacific NW. You can get them from either the Portland location or the Medford or Coos Bay locations. They are a very hardy banana and as you probably know, and has a sweet edible fruit. You can learn more about them and where to get them at this Hooked On Palms web site link HOOKED ON PALMS Hooked On Palms sells to nurseries but if you call them they can make arrangements to get some to you or you can make an appointment to meet them at one of the distributions centers I mentioned above. ![]() |
