![]() It was the coldest year in 19 years here in Reno, Nv. My musa basjoo is mush all the way to the ground. Should I apply a fungicide to it? Should I be watering it, or let it dry out?

![]() That's a good question.. :^) If its mush all the way to the ground I wouldn't water it ( well not right on top of it. If its really dry I'd water a foot out from the mush) so it can dry up, but this also helps your pups coming up get something without hurting the corm. Good Luck :^)

You should only water it if the ground is too dry.

![]() I usually just cut and rot back to live tissue. If for some reason i cant get to it all I then use a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide to help clear it up.
