I bought from that guy before. Claims most of his plants are pups or from seeds. Though the D. Brazilian I bought from him, he admitted they were from TC. He's a so-so Seller. Nothing negative about him as far as I'm concerned. His hardiness rating for the bananas are somewhat exaggerated. Couple of shipments (D. Brazilians and Velutinas) I received came in black mush. He did replace them all.

Oops! I thought that this was the seller I bought several D. Brazilians and Velutinas from. I re-read the title style and saw that the ad Benny was referring to is from Wellspring Gardens. I have not ordered from them, but they appear to be reasonable. They sell a dwarf Papaya variety that I wanted to buy, but the timing of their availability has always been unfavorable for me. Maybe, this summer.

Yes, indeed. It's Tallpines. You really pay for the shipping more than the plant. But at least he posts his shipping charges. And he discounts the shipping on multiple wins. He replaces non-growing plants, too.

My Velutinas did not thrive, and the D. Brazilians stayed little for a year, survived the previous winter's cold, survived Las Vegas' heat, turned dark brown in the greenhouse this winter. I don't know if the corm survived.

Hey! the DB I got from him, the diameter of the pstem were smaller than my pinkie. Your plant above is a giant compared to them.
