Default Unknown Bloom

Went to Houston to visit parents. Went to the backyard and noticed a few mats of bananas one which was in bloom.

Took some pictures, curious as to the cultivar as it will determine if I take a pup back with me to South Texas.

Thanks for your help! Let me know if other pictures are needed.

Thanks Tony.
