Default musa tropicana

I visited our local nursery and they were selling small pups( around 1oinches) of a variety called Tropicana.I spoke to the lady and said I think it is not a variety but more of a commercial name and she argued with me saying it is a variety for indoor planting. there was no information in this plant except it need bright light nad temp between 25-18C.
