I just bought 2 banana ensette plants. Both were in rough shape, wind damage. The base and roots seem to be great. I need suggestions for what TLC they need.

I'm hoping for a while to grow them in pots. Is this an OK idea? or do I just need to find a home outside for fair weather? I live in zone 7.

If I can pot them, what size pot relative to plant? what to feed them?

Karen
