Hello friends
This is my first post hope I understand how to use it. I have Dwarf Red Bananas they grow very tall (probably 12ft by now) but no fruit. Are they fruit bearing bananas or decorative red bananas. When I bought them the label said dwarf red bananas. All my other dwarf banana trees eith produced fruit or are ready to do so. The Red banana was planted probably 3 years ago. Anyone who knows what it ias please advise. Not sure how to attach photo. I have a gif on my desktop.

Re: Hello friends
Hey there, Quickdraw-
Welcome aboard the Banana Express Attaching pics is really weird on here. Open your CP and somewhere in the upper right-hand corner, you'll see, "Upload pics." Click that and follow the destructions to get your pic on the site. Then, click the pic to open, C&P the data, and post it on your post. I's a bitch to learn, but once you do, you'll be uploading pics on here like an old pro!

i gave up using this site to upload pics long ago -I think using photo bucket (free) is much easier - once you put your pics in a photobucket library -simply copy/paste the image URL to your posts on this site. BTW: My dwarf reds have never bloomed - I've had them over 5 years - but they are not very cold hardy and die back each winter.. Happy Growing

Hello friends
It took me awhile to post a picture. Found out the secret is to reduce the image size down to 1/3rd of what it is and then download. Welcome to the Banana Group, where being yellow is GOOD! Craig
