Default Hello from Boston!

My name is Arturo I'm living in Boston but lived most of my life in Florida and Puerto Rico so I do love and miss my bananas. I have started experimenting with bananas in my backyard here in Massachusetts and have successfully overwintered some basjoo outdoors, and cavendish, ice cream, Orinoco, super dwarf cavendish, dwarf cavendish, black Thai, and Siam ruby indoors in my attic. I just put them outside to get light and fresh air. They did great I kept them very dry and they did well except for some critter bites on the stems. (Probably squirrel). I also have hardy palms, and southern plants. Thanks for reading...
