Drummer Hello!

I am a new member here and new to growing Banana. I am very excited that my Banana plant is starting to bloom! So far the consensus is it's a Dwarf Cavendish. People here have been helpful in I.D.ing it. Check out my post here:Please help I.D. this Banana [/url] and tell me what you think.

Happy growing!

Welcome from Dunnellon, a bit west of you. Quite sure you will enjoy the members and all of the great info they can provide. We got hooked on bananas to add as fodder for our cattle but it got out of hand and now they are everywhere in every stage from seedlings to plants ready to bloom, which we hope will wait a few months longer. Good growing and keep the plants happy.
