Banana Identification

Hello to Everybody !

I'm a new member in the Forum from Italy.

Is there any member that can identify the Musa in the attached picture ?

IF IMAGES ARE NOT CLEAR ENOUGH I CAN TAKE SOME MORE.

It is about 4 meter high (13 feet).

It has a quite large and srong stem.

It seems to be very hardy as it doesnt get damaged during winter time.

It got a bit below 0 ºC 32 ºF ( for 1 day ) with no damages.

It is proucing Bananas at the moment so hopefully this can help identification.

Need a close up of the bunch and shape of the fingers. .... I want to say it's an Orinoco, but do Y'all have those in Italy?

When I bought it the seller did not know what it was but I guess that some other has it in my area because I bough it in a local store.

Most of the sellers here do not know what type of Musas they sell.

They just call it Banana Tree .

I have some others that are different from this one and I will post it in the next days for a possible identification..........one in particular is quite big...

I will try to take a better photo of the close up of the bunch and shape of the fingers tomorow morning to see if we can identify it for sure.

I forgot to say that in meaning time I have checked the Dwarf Orinoco and the Dwarf Namwah on Main Page - Bananas Wiki as some have suggested those 2 names but they both seems too small in height.
The wiki list an hehight of 5/7 feet for the Orinoco and 6/7 for the Namwah but mine is over 13 feet...so unless they grow higher over here it can't be one of those.......but I'm not an expert so I can't say...

It can be tall orinoco or tall namwah...

I have notest on on the Wiki images another difference between mine, the dwarf Orinoco and the Dwarf Namwah.

In the dwarf Orinoco and the Dwarf Namwah Bananas in the bunch grows from bottom to top.

In mine they grow in the opposite direction top top bottom.

I'm not sure if this makes a difference.

Dwarfs are considered to be less than 8ft at the pstem without the leaves above. Those are the standard or tall varieties.

Looks to be an Orinoco to me. The fingers appear to be triangular and the pads are divided indicating the bluggoe group.

Are the crowns typically not as prominent/defined on the tall orinoco vs. the dwarf orinoco? Ty's dwarfs seem to have a very defined 9 pt. crown at time of flowering.

Today I have misured it, as I did not have time in the past days, and it is (cm.320) (10,50ft) at the pstem without the leaves above so I guees we can exclude the Dwarf.....
