I have ordered from them many times ( no life plants though) and have always received great customer service. Their shipping and handling charges do suck: if they have to split an order in two packages, the customer has to pay for two (overpriced) ones.
Before I order online anywhere, I would always check with our bananas.org member Richard and plantsthatproduce.com first. |
