Well, the site is telling me to introduce myself.
Hey, banana friends!
Amelia Pond is obviously an alias. My main reason for becoming a member is because my boyfriend really wants to try a gros michel banana, and I'm thinking being a part of this forum may help me find one to get him as a birthday or Christmas present. I'm a nerdy bartending ginger that has somehow amassed over one hundred lipsticks. I'm originally from Texas so I eat Chile on most of my fruits, and I love the Mountain Goats. Some of you will figure out my favorite show from my screen name. I look forward to getting to know everyone!  |

Growing them there is a difficult task.
Finding someone here growing them and having the fruit shipped would be easier. Of course, you can easily grow the Illinois Banana there (not a banana, a nickname for Paw-Paw).
