All the leaves were dead brown on this pstem from the mini frost we had. It's something like 6 months since the flower popped. :08:

Fruit are smaller and not as filled in as a summer yield. No more supermkt naners for a while!!! :woohoonaner:

Wow congrats!
My plant is about 8 months old I've read gold finger is a semi dwarf, it's a fair bit larger than my dwarf cavendish when it flowers. I'm hoping it flowers soon and gives me my first bunch too!

Those things have to taste super sweet !, Dan i freeze the bananas that ripen too fast & later make Banana Ice cream for the kids!:08:..

Love the GF!..

Very cool! When i saw the pictures of your plant with the damaged leaves i didn't expect it to be capable of bringing the bunch to the ripe stage. And moreover, fruit doesn't seem at all affected by the frost. Somehow the goldfinger bunches are hardier than the leaves? Whatever. Congratulations!

Awesome. Seems like a long time for your climate.
