Greetings from the North Shore of Oahu.
I currently stay across the street from Pipeline.
10 banana clumps thrive on the property. I look forward to dividing up the keiki in the fall.
May your bananas grow plump and flavorful.

What a place to stay! My stepmother was a pro surfer back in the late 70's and early 80's. She used to surf Pipe, Velzyland, Rocky Point, etc. She was a member of WISA. I watched her on NBC surf 20 foot pipe, man that was cool!
You surf?

A lot easier on you, surfing the sod I mean. On my visit to Hawaii, I rented a surf board and the only thing I could do is roll over it. 2 hours and I never managed to climb aboard. Good luck with the gardening and post some pics when you can.
