Hi all
Just got my first banana tree and got no idea how to look after it. So decided to join up and see what i need to do.
But me, live near Manteca, mid 40's, not the best green finger unlike my father and grandfather.

Wealth of information here. Welcome aboard.
Greetings! I'm still a noob, too, but I'll help when I can.

Welcome Mr. World Traveler!
I don't have a clue what you'll need to do there in Manteca, but if I ever get one, I'll be sure and pass it along!

Welcome from unseasonably cold Pensacola, Florida.
All you got to do is post a question in the best forum and you will get help I'm sure. Before we can help we need to know what banana you have so maybe a pic or two in the banana ID forum along with a description might help you get started.

Not sure I have a right to say it, as I've only been here a day or two, but welcome! lol So far everyone's been really friendly and helpful. I'm sure you'll get all the good advise you need to make your plants very happy.

Sure you have the right! AND thanks for exercising it. You never know who might join so it is good to keep checking this forum. You might find someone that is close to your house.
