That got rid of them!!!
Cut down another huge bunch of Ice Cream earlier this week - weighing about 40kg/90lb and taking 2 men to hang it up. Gave away as many as possible, and cut the rest of the hands into bunches of about 8 fingers and put them in a box at the gate with a sign saying "free - help yourself".
Guess what?? they all went!  |

We dehydrate or freeze excess bananas (as well as share with friends and co-workers).
The dried ones are a great snack and the frozen ones we use in smoothies. |

I have lots frozen too (probably about 20lbs) - I don't have a dehydrator and it is too humid to dry them in the open air - so giving them away it is!! Had around 1000lbs of fruit so far this year - takes a lot of giving away!!
