There are also differences in local varieties, there is not just one 'Orinoco', but many different closely related ones. The equivalent in Hawaii is 'Largo', which on a purely subjective basis looks to me like it generally has larger bunches than its mainland counterpart. I will start to compile the bunch size data on them and maybe we can compare it to the mainland form. I cannot post photos right now, but I will try to soon.
