Myers lemon cuttings root comparatively easily and fruit in 2 years - from seed we have had good results from lychee and cashew and grapefruit - but didn't wait for the grapefruit to bloom as they got too big and had to go. Dragonfruit grow fast from seed too - sprout within the week.
