Default Excessive Salt

Need Help everybody;
What is the safest way to nuetralize excessive salt in the ground without causing anymore damage to my plants. I have roses, King sagos, Iris', and grass in my front yard. The salt didn't come from the water, the food, or the fertilizer. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone
