Default Got excited for a bit... then not so much.

My son was looking at another forum and found a listing for AeAe to be picked up because someone was moving. Wording was moving North need to get rid of them to someone that wants a nice AeAe. Was gonna be a pretty long trip to get them but my son was all ready to drive since he has his learners permit, and needed to burn through some of the hurricane gas and refill the gas cans...

I contact him via post and email. He sends me this e-mail...

"OK, as said, about 6' tall (at least) and growing fine, many large leaves,
growing in pot (found out this is the best way, just have to keep repotting
to larger pot). Just tell me where you are (since you would pick it up) and
I can provide more information...(would give you a break on cost due to
driving to pick it up)...so need to know. I have 5-6 so no problem having
one. Pls advise.."

My son asked me how come he didn't mention that he wanted to sell them in the first place... pretty sly sales trick perhaps?

Oh well...

My son got a little angry that someone would bait him like that, so now he wants to clear some of our property and grow a ton of different banana's to give away to his friends, brothers and sisters friends, and anyone that wants to start growing banana's. He started that today, cleared one 10ft area and planted 4 orinoco's that already had pups starting! He also started planning where he is putting some of the other varieties he is going to try and hunt down... hahaha
