At 100f I would make sure your plants are in the shade. The C.G. you can keep the soil moist ,I keep mine under shade cloth for about six weeks and I would expect a month before you see new growth. When I first started growing bananas I was in a hurry to get them in the sun to get them growing and ended up frying a lot of young plants. The plants will grow just fine with some shade for now.
