I did take a moment to check my climate on the Koppen Geiger map and, best I can tell, it's Dfa. Will that translate to your climate at all (I'm ashamed to admit that I'm VERY geographically challenged!)?...
That would be very much appreciated. I myself am in zone 7b/8a in USDA, but most importantly zone Dfa in the Koppen climate classification (cold continental winter, hot summers, no dry period). This gives me lots of hope.
Also if you could say which cultivars/plants you have succesfully led to fruiting? Whether it was basjoo, sikkimensis or some edibles. Will be waiting so eager to listen to your methods, thanks.
