Tog, I went out to see the tag but it must have disintegrated over the years, so I have to say NOID. Sorry. But it is pretty, isn't it?

edit- I found part of thwe ID tag...its a Euphorbia x Martinii,but which one? Looks like Waleutiny but larger, as it's 2-3 ft. tall now. Here's a pic from normal size.
