Hey Pauolo, if you can supply enough water "moon and stars is pretty easy to grow from seed. Dill's Atlantic Giant however is going to be a challenge. They are VERY HEAVY feeders and need a ton of water.........literallly. The vines are huge so you need lots of room for them. There are a couple of good books out on just growing giant pumpkins. I would check them out before the season starts so you can get an idea what lengths people go to,to get the big ones.
