Default Fresh banana chips!

I have several 'Orinoco' fruits that are not fully developed thanks to Ike that I decided to slice up and fry tonight. They made some great banana chips and tostones to go with our taco salad for tonight's dinner. My wife kept telling me that I should throw them away (they do look a little sad as they never fully plumped up) but I knew I'd use them eventually. If anyone out there has any bananas that never fully developed this is a great way to use them. They were great with a little salt and dipped in salsa!
