It appears that you have mealy bugs or scale. All of those white things on it are bugs. Dab them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. They will come right off.

It looks like you have some rot going on too. Since it's winter, I would first get the mealy bugs cleared out, then consider cutting it back to where there is no rot. Don't be afraid to let it go somewhat dormant over the winter months.
I don't know if there were other chemicals in floor-dry, so check the label. The best results are achieved with 100% diatomaceous earth (hence the NAPA recommendation), not just clay particles.

Your plant should respond to some TLC, but I wouldn't water it for awhile -especially if you cut back all of the leaves. Whatever you cut off, remove from your house and burn it or put in a bag and take it to the trash. You don't want a reinfestation.
