If they're hardwood cuttings, then dip them in some hardwood rooting compound and pot them up in a sterile, well-drained medium. No idea whether softwood or greenwood cuttings of Longan would root or not; here when we propagate we take established twigs.

Conversely, if you have an existing Lychee or Longan trees, you can also graft your current cuttings onto the established tree.
