I take it you are from Hawai'i and are referring to the local "apple" banana? If so, then on the mainland those are what are called 'Brazilian', you can buy the plants rather easily but you will not be able to find the fruit anywhere. If you do find the fruit, it would be from a local grower in Florida or California (likely) at a farmers market or something....but very unlikely to find anywhere. Hawai'i does not currently export any bananas.
