Default what to do with these pups?

i was going to wait till springs to get my first banana plants! But my aunt heard that i was wanting to plant banana plants so she dug up four pups today and gave them to me. she does not know what kind they are.

what is the best way for me to winter them? I was thinking about putting them in a pot and just bring them in at night or at the very least when it is going to get close to frerzing! we live in south texas near san antonio. most nights are well above freezing.

some of the leaves are broken from transport. will they still continue to leave out this winter? should i fert and water?

should i build a small greenhouse for them?
