P.S. I love Liquid Seaweed and MegaGro Mist!
The "banana fuel" 15-5-30 is formulated for Hawaii where there are many sources of nitrogen in the soil and environment. If you are not on a tropical volcanic island, I believe 20-5-30 is a better choice. Either way, pineapples and bananas have same basic needs in terms of N-P-K. I feed my pineapples and bananas the same fertilizers, although of course the pineapple plants get proportionally less fertilizer.

I'm glad you've found liquid seaweed -- I have used it also. Be aware that some of the manufacturers do not normalize it for plants. Basically, they use the same equipment used to expeller-press olive oil. The problem here is that the micronutrient load will be uneven in terms of plant requirements, and sometimes variable from batch-to-batch. Use a reputable product that lists the quantities (percentages) of each mineral nutrient on the container. This provides some evidence that they are trying for consistency and hopefully paying attention to the percentages desired by plants. The issue is that when micronutrients get out of balance in the soil or plant system, undesirable side effects begin to happen.
