Pineapples would be happy with temps in the 80's and humidity in the 70's. However, so does mold. Plants of a tropical flair do not like humidity in cool or cold temperature ranges.

Miracle-Gro will give you growth but not much kick in the fruit department. Look for a water-soluble formula with an N-P-K rating that is "Medium"-"Low"-"High", for example 15-5-22, or 20-5-30.
