Seems to me as if my palm tree is doing fairly well inside here in newfoundland, even though its cold as hell outside, but thats alright. BUT on the contrary my palm has recent had brown tips, which seems to me to be result of water neglect, and since these wonderful palm need LOTS of water, also LOTS of Food and Light. Anyways the main question is how often would i have to fertilize this through the winter months? once a month with some-what large doses of espom salts?? i used espom salts back in september, so...? anyways i kno alot about plants so be aware that im a greenthumb'ed individual at a ripe young age of sixteen.
