There are a few different varieties in the room currently (also some 'Manzano' and 'Pakil'), but all of the ones on that cart are 'Dwarf Brazilian' and the 'Williams' Cavendish.

Its hard to gauge how long it took to make these, since we are continually producing more and more all of them time, when we make a new box of plants we put it on the shelf to let them grow. I just went through and found which ones were close to being ready.
