Yes, they would still be an Ae-Ae regardless of their color. We used to grow these where I worked several years ago and almost all of the pups were variegated. Occasionally we would get one that was all white. These would not make it, of course, if separated from the main plant, as they have no chlorophyll of their own. I can't remember ever seeing one that was totally green. I believe that the green one's would still retain the genetic coding for variegation and could one day revert back to a variegated form.
