Well John I would have to say that your hosta sure looks like “Fragrant Bouquet”. And the size of the flowers say so too. But I’m no expert. Take a look at the pictures in the hosta library and you can judge for yourself.

Howard, the foliage of your plant to me looks like “plantaginea” but the size of the flowers make me think it’s “Royal Standard”. Do you know what time of day the flowers open? “plantaginea” is the only evening blooming hosta I know of. Bloom scapes and seed pods are another way to tell the difference. Let me know if you want more info. And like John take a look at the library and judge for yourself.
