Default Re: Favorite winter veggies for subtropic or coastal area?

I haven't gave much thought to my winter garden yet. Maybe some greens- such as Mustard, Collards, Lettuce and such. Tommorow I'm planting cucumbers and scallions. I'll run a drip irrigation line for them because I didn't have much luck earlier on this year.

Richard, I've about given up on my Bell Peppers this year. They lost all of their large leaves and now they just have small ones. No fruit production. Someone suggested a virus, others mites or nematodes. Now I don't know. Any suggestions? I've had been spraying Neem and then I switched to Insecticidal Soap.
