i noticed that when i put my basjoos in the sun( after 2 wk of shade sitting) the leaves got burnt anyway. then the new leaves started coming out and they didnt burn at all, the only difference between yours and mine is that mine were 3 ft tall, yours are still babies. so a little more shade sitting for the babies is probably what they need till they get just a tad bigger. jmo.
