As for wild game, I've had Muley and Whitetail, Rabbit, Pheasant, Snapping turtle, and a Wisconsin Partridge. I also eat oysters...raw!

Now for the delicacies...

How's about some Rocky Mountain Oysters? Went back for thirds on that!

Possum is not a rodent, but a marsupial (like the Kangaroos). I'd try it once, too...
