Are you in NE? Does it take much to have a TC lab? I'm planning to start a TC lab in the Philippines. I read that the Owner of the biggest TC lab in the Philippines started with PhP500,000 in 2003 (that's equivalent to less than $10,000), and is now producing 375,000 banana plantlets (4" - 6") per month. Is this possible? Or marketing ploy?

Thanks.
