I would plant:
Nordmann, aka Normann Seedless Nagami. Cultivar of Fortunella japonica.
A very good tasting kumquat! In my experience, survived many winters with occasional overnight lows in near 20 F, and also light snow which melted away before the day's end (Yucaipa, CA).
