Height isn't reliable as an identifying trait unfortunately, a ±2 foot difference from average is common.
Fruit size and fill is also highly variable depending on growth conditions, so it's a detail that is considered but not definitive.
Pisang Raja has U-shaped petiolar canals, whereas Namwa and Blue Java have closed canals. I can't see the canal shape well in any of the photos, so I'll skip that detail for now. Here's a link to some info and photos on Pisang Raja:

The fused knuckles and purple color on freshly emerged pedicels are traits of Namwa.
